Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you and to the chauffeurs we dispatch on your behalf.

1. Cancellation windows

  • More than 4 hours before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
  • Within 4 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-show or cancellation after dispatch: full fare is charged.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is always free, subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible so we can re-route the chauffeur.

3. Flight delays & cancellations

We track inbound flights automatically. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is adjusted at no charge. If your flight is cancelled and you no longer need the ride, contact us as soon as possible — we'll waive cancellation fees in clear airline-caused cases.

4. No-show policy

For airport pickups, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. For all other pickups, we wait 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, if we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full fare is charged.

5. How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.

6. Corporate accounts

Corporate accounts may have customized cancellation terms negotiated as part of their agreement. Where corporate terms differ from this policy, the corporate agreement controls.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days at reservations@globaltowncar.com. We review every dispute personally and aim to resolve concerns within a few business days.
