Terms of Service

By booking, creating an account, or otherwise using Obsidian Ride's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Obsidian Ride provides pre-booked executive black car transportation between Upstate South Carolina and the GSP, CLT, and ATL airports. We are an airport-focused service and do not provide local rides inside North Carolina or Georgia.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing your trip details. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup addresses, contact phone numbers, and flight information. Last-minute changes should be communicated as early as possible so we can adjust dispatch.

All fares are distance-based and quoted before you confirm. Your rate is locked at booking — no surge pricing. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor; standard taxes, tolls, and gratuities (where applicable) may be added.

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.

We ask passengers to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe behavior, intoxication that endangers the trip, illegal activity, or damage to the vehicle. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive soiling.

We track your flight automatically and adjust pickup times for inbound delays at no extra charge. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airport operations, or other events outside our reasonable control. If a trip cannot be completed due to such events, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Corporate account administrators are responsible for managing authorized travelers and policy settings within their organization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Ride's total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as missed flights, missed connections, or lost business opportunities.

The Obsidian Ride name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Obsidian Ride. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
